Is your online shop secure?
Absolutely. Your order details (such as your address, name, etc.) is sent over a 128bit SSL encrypted connection. All online payments made, including credit card details, are processed securely by Shopify payments. Furthermore, we don't store any credit card details on our website at all. Our system never sees any of your payment credentials, only the secure payment gateways (eWay) have access to your sensitive information.

Delivery info.
Our standard delivery service costs $7.00 which includes a tracked courier to your door. This also includes rural delivery.
The courier services we utilise aim for a delivery of 2 – 3 business days within New Zealand. While in most cases this is achieved, we can’t guarantee that this time frame will be adhered to in every instance. We will provide parcel tracking details if applicable for your order.
A parcel tracking option is available on every NZ order. You can also check previously placed orders if you signed up for an account during the checkout process.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept both credit and debit cards. These transactions are processed securely by eWay, a highly trusted payment system used worldwide.
We also accept manual payment via direct debit bank transfer. Our (ANZ) account number is 06-0582-0361948-00 please use your order number as a reference.
Please consider that using this method is slower and we are not able to ship your order until payment clears.

Are you GST registered?
Not at the moment.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
We will always refund your item if it doesn’t meet consumer guarantee requirements. Generally we don’t provide refunds if you simply change your mind, but each instance will be assessed on a case by case basis. For more specific information please read our refund policy.

Yep! We reward every purchase with OlivePoints. See below the details.

Olive Points
We have a customer loyalty program where you earn "Olive Points" (yum). If you've signed up for an account then you'll automatically begin accumulating Olive Points with each purchase. Olive Points can be used to redeem discounts on future purchases.

How do I redeem Olive Points?
There's an option to redeem Olive Points during the checkout process.
You're able to choose how many you redeem. This means you can either redeem your entire balance for a larger discount, or you can redeem a smaller amount for a lower discount.
