Is Your Online Shop Secure?

Absolutely. All order data is sent over a 128bit SSL encrypted connection. All online payments made, including payment details, are processed securely by eWay and PayPal.

Which Courier Company Do You Use?

Generally we use Fastway Couriers and Pass the Parcel, but occasionally we have to use a different service (for example, if we’re sending to a PO box, or if we’re sending internationally).

How Long Does Delivery Take?

The courier services we utilise aim for a delivery of 2 – 3 business days. While in most cases this is achieved, we can’t guarantee that this time frame will be adhered to in every instance. We will provide parcel tracking details if applicable for your order. We will also accept responsibility for arranging redelivery if an order is lost during transit at no additional cost to the customer (note, we are not obligated to replace or refund a lost international delivery if tracking wasn’t included in the order) .

How Much Do You Charge for Delivery?

We offer a flat rate nationwide delivery of $5.00 including tracking. Delivery overseas varies depending on delivery country and whether or not tracking is chosen (we recommend that you pay for tracking if you’re outside New Zealand).

Can I Track My Parcel/Order?

Yes, a parcel tracking option is available on every NZ order and optional (recommended) for international orders. You can also check previously placed orders if you signed up for an account during the checkout process.

Do You Deliver Outside New Zealand?

Yes, we deliver to most countries around the world. Please note that delivery costs differ between country and will be indicated during the checkout process upon entering your delivery address. Please note that as per our refund policy, we are unable to refund or replace your purchase if your parcel goes missing and the parcel was untracked. Therefore we always recommend purchasing tracking for international orders.

Can I Return My Item for a Refund?

We will always refund your item if it doesn’t meet consumer guarantee requirements. Generally we don’t provide refunds if you simply change your mind, but each instance will be assessed on a case by case basis. For more specific information please read our refund policy.

How Can I Pay for My Order?

We accept both credit and debit cards. These transactions are processed securely by eWay and PayPal, both are highly trusted payment system used worldwide. You are not required to create a PayPal account to utilize our store. We also accept manual payment via direct debit bank transfer.

Can I Use a Direct Debit Transfer to Pay?

Yes, our (ANZ) account number is 06-0582-0361948-00 please use your order number as a reference. Please consider that using this method is slower and we are not able to ship your order until payment clears.
